Minerva House is a comprehensive redevelopment project which will transform the existing building into 140,000 sq ft of commercial office space. This will provide brand new high-quality workspace and include a varied retail offering at ground level which will be surrounded by revitalised public realm.

Sustainability
High-quality flexible space is at the heart of the design but importantly it also has a range of sustainability objectives and will be a low carbon building.
A key focus of this project is the recovery and repurposing of as much material from the building as possible. This initiative aims to minimise embodied carbon, not only on this project but also on future developments where such benefits can be realised.

Team
Morrisroe undertook the strip out, partial demolition and reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction, which started in October 2023.
With the demolition phase and the construction of the RC frame complete, Multiplex are now working on the cladding installation and fit out and will complete in early 2027.

Planning
Resolution to grant was achieved via delegated authority in June 2023, with planning permission granted with legal agreement for the redevelopment of Minerva House granted in March 2024.
